A centralized Government of Lebanon platform designed to register all UN agencies and international and national NGOs seeking to participate in the emergency response, and to coordinate and regulate service provision within collective shelters. The platform enables organizations to register, obtain approvals, and coordinate service delivery in a structured, transparent, and government-led manner, ensuring that assistance reaches affected populations efficiently, equitably, and without duplication.

Organizations applying through this portal may deliver activities under the following service categories. All service-based activities require prior approval; non-LRP partners must also submit in-kind interventions for approval.

How It Works

Register

Register your organization on the platform.

Submit Request

Submit a service request specifying: location (district / shelter), type of service, target population, implementing team, and activity duration and frequency.

Review & Approve

Review and approval by the relevant Ministry. Each approved activity will be issued a QR code which is to be shown to the collective shelter focal points to approve activity implementation.

04

Coordinate

Coordination with field teams to prepare for implementation.

05

Implement

Carry out the approved activities in the designated collective shelters.

Target review time is 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation by email once approved.
